Why

As images get created and finally approved in the proofing process, they need to be delivered to an external system. Assuring that images are delivered in their approved version, keeping track of images that have been modified and need re-delivery, and making sure that images a named according to the receiving systems requirements can be huge job. Notable Delivery will manage all these tasks for you, and give you full insight in the process.

Knowing what to deliver

In Notable Organizer and Notable Proof you will see which images need to be delivered, and if the image or its meta data is modified at a later time it will be marked for re-delivery.

As a delivery is in progress you will be able to follow the process and any error will be clearly seen, giving you an opportunity to retry the delivery.

Updating meta data in external systems

Traditional workflows often depend on transporting meta data to external systems by embedding the data into the image itself. This however is a very expensive way of transport… Imagine having changed some trivial meta data such as rating or a copyright notice on 500 high resolution images, and having to re-deliver all these images just to get the message across. In Notable Delivery you may create a separate meta data file that is extremely light weight and can be read by most systems.
