Correct and reliable product data is always a key component in any image production workflow. Knowing a products unique identification code, name, color, size etc. is in most cases critical to ensuring that image files get properly named and that the right metadata is embedded.
The Notable suite of applications allow you to streamline your production workflow and automate many tasks, all relying on your product data. This ensures consistency and minimizing the risk of errors.
A unique product identifier
Being able to uniquely identify a product is arguably the most important aspect of your product data. In most business systems this will be the case and often represented by a SKU, EAN or similar code. In some cases however there is no unique identifier, but even in such a case you will be able to use your product data within Notable.
Notable Products allow you to configure your product data import to fit the structure of your source data, including selecting multiple fields that when combined will uniquely identify your product.
Ordering images of products
While many products will require you to manage samples there are cases when you need to order images even before the samples have arrived, or when you have identical products where the need to track samples is not important. From within Notable Products you can order images directly, and also maintain grouped collections of products so that you know exactly what selection has been handled.
Keeping product data up to date
Making sure that product data is always up to date can be a problem, especially when managing data in several separate systems. Notable Products allows you to update as often as you want, either by importing Excel sheets with new or modified product data or by direct integration with our API.
