Why
The proofing process is often one of the most time consuming tasks of image production. Sending images to a team of stakeholders and trying to keep track of approvals, comments, new versions, completed work and what still remains to be done is not a simple matter.
While there are many good proofing solutions available that improve on the often used sending of image batches and trying to communicate over mail, most of them if not all suffer from not having full access to product data and the knowledge of the actual image ordered. With Notable Proof all of this is available at all times.
Everyone is on the team
A Notable Proof project can consist of any number of images, and you may invite internal users as well as external users. The security model allows you to control what users may do, such as viewing only or commenting and approving.
Users will see all comments, send messages to each other and may include file uploads such as needed art work.
