Notable Samples helps you manage and keep track of items you are to photograph throughout the entire process.
Imagine you are tasked with taking photos of cutlery. Will everyone involved be able to differentiate between a teaspoon in midnight silver and one in roman silver, or two different prototype versions of the roman silver teaspoon? In practice this is often very difficult and a source of wasted time and resources. Adding the dimension of scale, for instance as a global fashion retailer, brings more challenges.
Just finding items in a stock room the size of a retail shop can be difficult. With Notable Samples you simply use an existing barcode, or print a barcode from the system and attach it to the item. The barcode is then scanned as the item moves along the process. When scanning an item, you instantly know everything about it. This minimizes human error and makes it easy to track items over time.
In the right place
Digitally track each sample as you send it out for shoots or loans. Print barcode labels with your product data so you can easily identify your items. If you have existing barcodes, we do support those as well. Scan it with your phone, tablet or computers (using a barcode scanner) and see all the details about it. Quickly change it’s location. See overview of where all your samples are. Search for a given collection and see where all the items are.
With the right name
By using product and sample data Notable will help you get every photo correctly named, right in the photo studio. Don’t spend hours pouring over photos and fixing their filenames. You can configure the file name so that it adheres to your company standard, and also embed image meta data with all important information regarding image content.
Custom labels
Design your own labels and decide what to put on them. If your items already have labels on them Notable can use those directly.
Keep your wardrobe up to date
When new collections come along you can easily update the product data. Just import Product Data from your PIM, webshop or business system.
